Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MonsterHub (“MonsterHub”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our website monsterhub.app and our social-media management and scheduling services (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The data controller responsible for your personal data is:
- MonsterHub
- Contact: info@monsterhub.app
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
a) Information you provide
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form) and, where applicable, company name and company logo.
- Content: posts, captions, images, videos and other media you create, upload or schedule through the Service.
- Billing data: subscription plan and transaction records. Card payments are processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send us for support or other requests.
b) Connected third-party accounts
When you connect a social media channel (for example Instagram, Facebook or other supported networks), we receive access tokens and profile information that you authorize during that connection. We use these solely to publish and manage content on your behalf and to display analytics back to you. We do not post anything without your instruction, and you can disconnect a channel at any time.
c) Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service.
- Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your language and theme. See the Cookies section below.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Service and your account.
- To publish, schedule and analyze content on the social channels you connect.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To improve, secure and troubleshoot the Service.
- To send service-related notices and, where you have opted in, product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (to deliver the Service), your consent (for optional cookies and marketing, and when you connect third-party accounts), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- Social media platforms you connect, in order to publish and manage your content.
- Service providers that host our infrastructure, process payments, send email, and provide analytics, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Authorities or third parties where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
6. International data transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect it.
7. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and hashed passwords — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@monsterhub.app.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential for authentication and to remember your preferences (such as language and light or dark theme). You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
11. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email.
13. Contact us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at info@monsterhub.app.
